Our free audit answers the first two for your business, and your report answers the third every month. Tell us your website address and where to send it, and the report comes by email.
Being found
You choose the work you want more of, and that's where we put the effort. You get a page for each of your main services, so people searching for any of them can find you. Your Google Business Profile, the listing people see on Google Maps, is checked and filled in, with your services, opening hours, photos and contact details, so what people see there is right, and it's updated whenever you ask.
Being trusted
Your reviews and accreditations are shown on the pages people read before they get in touch, so they can see why to choose you. And your site shows your work and the people behind the business, so people know who they'd be dealing with.
Getting in touch
Every page makes it easy to call or send an enquiry, from a phone or a computer. People can send an enquiry whenever it suits them, so they get in touch with you rather than the next business they find.
Every month
Each month you get a short report in plain English: how many people visited, what they read, how many called or sent an enquiry, and what they searched to find you. You can see which of your services bring people in, and how that changes from month to month.
Then we act on it. When people search for a service you offer and find other businesses instead, we add it to your site, so they can find you too. When few people visit a page, or it isn't leading to calls and enquiries, we rework it. And changes and new pages are made whenever you ask.
Looked after
Building the site, keeping it online and secure, backups and updates are all included, so there's nothing technical for you to do.

We'd take the website over from them, and do the rest as well: a page for each thing you do, a Google Business Profile that's right, and a monthly look at what's working. Your free audit shows whether people searching for what you do are finding your current site.

Your design. Once you sign up, you see your design and shape it until you're happy with it. You don't have to write anything: we write every page, unless you'd rather write your own.

Live. Within a few weeks of the words and photos being agreed, and nothing goes live until you've approved it. Your web address stays the same, so customers who know it still find you.

We work on the design with you, and nothing goes live until you're happy with it. If you're still not happy with it, you can end the agreement before it goes live and get back what you've paid.

What isn't included?
We don't do paid advertising, social media or photography.
Bespoke software, mobile apps, a complete redesign later on or an online shop are quoted for separately.
